White labelling Enswitch

System owners may want to hide that they're running Enswitch from other parties. To do this:

All:

Ensure server hostnames do not mention Enswitch.

Web:

Change the configuration "Product name" and any "Product name" rate plan custom settings.

Kamailio:

Change configuration "Product".
Change all mentions of "Enswitch" in kamailio.cfg.
For Kamailio 4.x and earlier, put a local copy of kamailio_XX.cfg in /etc/kamailio, change all X-Enswitch-* headers, and set kamailio.cfg to include this file.
Restart Kamailio to make changes take effect.

Asterisk:

Change user agent in /etc/asterisk/sip.conf
Change user agent in /etc/asterisk/iax.conf
Restart Asterisk to make changes take effect.
