You can do this on a per-customer basis by:

  1. Create a class of service with the telephone's default permissions.
  2. Assign the telephone line to this class of service.
  3. If required, create another class of service with the alternative permissions.
  4. Create a remote access account with type "Remote access menu", the alternative class of service (or "No class of service"), and a PIN if desired.
  5. To have users enter the destination at a menu, create a feature code with destination type Feature "Remote access menu". The telephone can then dial this feature code.
  6. To have users dial the remote access account and destination in one, create a feature prefix with destination type "Remote access". The telephone can then dial <feature prefix><remote access account number>*<destination>, or <feature prefix><remote access account number>*<pin>*<destination>.
