This is how RDNIS voicemail works:

# Some external system sends calls to the Enswitch machine with the called number being a number on Enswitch (e.g. 0123456789), and the RDNIS set to the mailbox to use (e.g. 0987654321) . For example, this could be a mobile phone network and 0987654321 would be the number of the mobile that redirected the call to voicemail.
# Enswitch routes the call according to the called number as usual. The number 0123456789 (as in Features -> Numbers) points to the RDNIS voicemail feature.
# This feature sees that the RDNIS is 0987654321 and so plays that mailbox. By default it only looks for this mailbox in the same customer, unless the "RDNIS voicemail inter-customer" configuration setting is enabled.
